The default gift here is a devotional book or a journal with a verse foiled on the cover. Both are thoughtful and both usually end up unused, because they assume a practice rather than supporting the one she already has.
The better approach is to notice which thing she actually does — prayer lists, scripture writing, sermon notes, or journaling the way an artist does — and buy for that. Four different people, four different gifts.

What to skip
Another devotional book. She has a stack. If you know the specific one she has mentioned, that is different — but a browsed-and-picked devotional is the most-regifted item in this category.
A Bible. Translation, print size, margin width and cover material are all personal, and replacing someone’s marked-up Bible is closer to taking something away than giving something.
A journal too beautiful to write in. Gilt edges and a foiled cover make people save it. The best journal is the one that already has a coffee ring on it.
A verse-a-day calendar. It is not a journaling gift and she will feel obliged to display it.
The small thing that makes any of these land
Write the first page. One line, dated, in your handwriting, in the front of the notebook. It costs nothing, it removes the blank-first-page problem, and it is the part she will still have in ten years.
