Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and processed within 5–7 business days and ship via USPS Ground Advantage from the Tampa Bay area of Florida with tracking. Every order is packed by hand, which is why we allow a few days for processing. See the full shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package ships. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after 7 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.
How much is shipping?
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, and the rate is calculated for your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I combine orders or add an item after checkout?
Message us as soon as possible with both order numbers. If your first order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and sale items are final sale. Read the full refund policy for details and exclusions.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us at APlannersLife@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. Damaged or defective items are replaced with the same item.
Planner discs
Which planner disc size do I need: 28mm or 32mm?
Pick by how thick your planner is. 28mm discs (about 1.1 inches) hold roughly 120 pages, and 32mm discs (about 1.26 inches) hold roughly 160 pages, measured with front and back covers and 32 lb paper. Dividers, pockets, dashboards, and thicker covers all reduce capacity, so size up if you like a full planner. Browse all planner binding discs.
Will your discs fit a Happy Planner, Levenger, or TUL planner?
Yes. Our discs are made for disc-bound planners with the standard mushroom-shaped punch used by Happy Planner, Levenger, TUL, and similar systems. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility. Before ordering, compare the disc size and disc count with your current planner.
How many discs do I need: 9 or 11?
Count the holes along the spine of your planner. Most classic-size disc-bound planners use 11 discs, and many smaller or mini sizes use 9. Every disc listing lets you choose a 9-disc or 11-disc set.
What are “Seconds” planner discs?
Seconds are discounted discs with minor cosmetic marks, such as light scuffs or speckling in the finish. They work exactly like our regular discs; only the appearance is affected. Photos on the listing show examples of the variation you may receive.
Do planner discs come with pages or a cover?
No. You receive only the set of binding discs. Planner pages, covers, and accessories shown in photos are props and are not included unless the listing says otherwise.
Can I use planner discs to make my own notebook?
Yes. With a disc-bound punch you can bind loose paper, printables, dividers, and pockets into a custom notebook and rearrange pages any time. Discs also work for refreshing a used planner with a new look.
Stickers, washi tape, and notepads
What sizes are your notepads?
Most notepads come in 5 x 7 inches or 4 x 6 inches with 45 tear-off sheets. Each listing shows both sizes side by side so you can compare. See all notepads.
What is a laminated vellum sticker pouch?
It’s a handmade pouch made from printed vellum sealed in 5 mil lamination, available in 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 inches. Use it to store sticker sheets, die cuts, planner cards, or receipts inside a planner pocket, sticker album, or bag. Stickers shown in photos are not included.
How wide is your washi tape?
Our washi tape rolls are 15mm wide, a standard width for planner borders, journal pages, and craft projects. Browse washi tape.
Are the stickers physical or digital?
Everything in the shop is a physical product that ships to you, including sticker sheets, date stickers, and die-cut stickers. We do not sell digital downloads.
What are monthly date stickers used for?
Date stickers let you number the days in undated planners, journals, and wall calendars without hand-writing every date. We offer full-color sheets and clear matte sheets that let the page design show through.
Getting started
I’m new to planning. Where should I start?
Start with the free Planner Reset, a calm way to sort your schedule before you open a planner. Then pick the supplies you’ll actually use most: a set of discs to refresh your planner, a few functional stickers, and a notepad for quick lists.
