Answer the edition question first
Before style, settle the edition, because getting this wrong means a set that does not fit your Bible at all.

The three styles, and who each one suits
All three use the same book order, the same tab layout and the same placement guide, so the design you pick never changes where anything goes. This really is only about what you want to look at.
Butterfly Garden
The busiest of the three and the most colourful. It reads as decorative from across the room, which is the point — it suits a Bible that already has washi, sticky notes and margin colour in it. If your journaling style is layered, this one matches it.
Moon & Stars
The quietest and the most neutral. Celestial line work rather than florals, so it sits closer to a plain tab than the other two and disappears into a dark or leather cover. Pick this if you want the Bible to look organized rather than decorated, or if florals are not your thing.
Blush Floral
The middle option, and the one most people mean when they search for pink Bible tabs. Soft rather than bright, florals rather than illustration. It is the safest of the three as a gift, because it reads as feminine without committing to a strong style.
The two things that matter more than style
Whether they are laminated. Unlaminated paper tabs fray at the edge within a few months of real use, and a frayed tab at Psalms is the one you will touch most. Sealed tabs survive daily flipping, highlighting bleed and a thumb running down the edge looking for Romans.
Whether there is a placement guide. Without one you are eyeballing the stagger, which looks fine for the first ten tabs and crowded by the fortieth. A guide card is the difference between a clean edge and one you notice every day.
Buying for someone else
Two things to check before you order as a gift: whether her Bible is Catholic or Protestant, and roughly how she uses it.
